Life Education Van

Today JSV visited Harold in the life education van (and he is NOT a puppet). We learned about how to be safe, how to protect ourselves and about healthy eating. Some of us got to be Superheroes and helped others.

Last week students all across Yarrambat Primary School attended and conducted 3 way conferences. I would like to congratulate all the students in JSV who presented their work confidently and proudly.

This week we are going to be learning about:
- Information Reports
- Addition and Subtraction strategies
- 5 Star Listening Skills
- Our chosen science rotations

Splish Splash

During the past few weeks students in Junior School have been enjoying their swimming lessons. We've learned how to behave safely around water, how to safely help people who are in trouble and most importantly how to SWIM.

Magnets

On Wednesday the 4th we learned a bit about how magnets work. Now we will be choosing which science concepts we would like to learn more about.
